What HONOR will do in the event of a Warranty claim?
- During the Warranty Period, an authorized service center will repair or replace.
- To repaired product or part or replace product or part service center will use the same quality part or product.
- The consumer shall not be charged for the repair or replacement of a defective Product during the Warranty Period if warranty isn’t void.
- All replaced defective Product, parts, boards or equipment shall become the property of HONOR Bangladesh.
- The Warranty in respect of a repaired or replaced Product or part shall continue for the remainder of the Warranty Period of the Product.
- Warranty will be valid for all official products of HONOR Bangladesh.
What is not covered by the Warranty?

This Warranty does not cover defects and damage resulting from:
- If warranty period has expired.
- The Product being used other than in a normal and customary manner.
- Any disassembly, repair, alteration or modifications carried out by anyone other than Authorized Service Center.
- Missuse, abuse, negligence or an accident howsoever caused.
- Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alteration or modification of the Product.
- Spillage of food or liquids, corrosion, rust or the use of wrong voltage.
- Scratches or damage to plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts due to normal use.
- Use outside of use permitted under the Product’s user manual.
- This Warranty will not be available:
- If the serial number or warranty seal on the Product is illegible, has been defaced or removed.
- If product IMEI or Serial not authorized by HONOR Bangladesh.
- Without any proof of purchase.
- Consumer should submit product with box.
- If consumer unable to provide box, service center concern will ask for a copy of consumers NID. Consumer’s name should match in-between POP and NID.
Consumers responsibilities:
Before handover Product to an Authorized Service Center for service under this Warranty, consumer should make a backup copy of the contents of your Product and remove all personal information and disable all security passwords.
Limitation of HONOR Bangladesh’s liability:
- Except for the express warranties set forth above, HONOR grants no other warranties.
- HONOR Bangladesh is not responsible or liable for the damage to or loss of any programs, data, SIM card or removable storage media where you do not backup your data before delivering your Product to HONOR or an Authorized Service Center for service under this Warranty.
