Typical application scenarios: enabling Continuous Heart Rate Measurement (Smart mode) and Healthy Sleep, making Bluetooth calls for 30 minutes per week, playing music for 30 minutes per week, exercising for 90 minutes per week (GPS on), enabling notifications (50 messages, 6 incoming calls, 3 alarm clocks per day), brightening the screen 200 times a day.
